		+	* Code for handling GUI messages is done. Currently the following operarions cannot be done:
		+	** add program: Because adding a program requires offset calculation from the Timeslicer class. In timeslicer class offset calculation is done for a fixed number of programs. If a new program is added it will change the offset calculations for the existing programs. We need some mechanism to calculate the offsets independently for individual programs.
		+
		+	** modify network param: Because all the network parameters are tied to the Modulator driver. we need a driver restart which is as good as program restart with a separate config file.
		+
		+	* Following are tested and work:
		+	** remove program
		+	** update program params
		+	** start/stop broadcast
		+	** load config file
		+
		+	* All the coding is done on version 3643(pre-streamreader code) because streamreader code requires root permission for testing.
