Consumer Electronic Associate (CEA) ATSC-M/H Special Interest Group (SIG). They offer model ATSC - M/H stations for testing and integration with different companies. They have a model station in Seattle.

Software Libraries and Tools

Darwin Streaming Server (DSS). The open source version of Apple’s QuickTime Streaming Server technology.
